how to reduce triglyceride and cholestrol in tibb-e-Nabwi

i have raised triglyceride and cholesterol and also high blood pressure and i want to reduce it in natural way because eating alopethic medicines is creating problems for me.

Assalam O Alaikum,

When around 350 to 400 ml of blood is drained in a Hijamah session (from the back), Tryglycerides are drastically reduced; like putting a fire torch in an ice bucket. And once the lipids come down, blood pressure will be going lower to normal range Insha Allah.
Stop oils, meat, eggs, cheese, butter, ghee, nuts, etc.

1) Boiled vegetables
2) Steamed vegetables
3) Vegetable soups

Topped with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, these 3 will be the best meals for you.
